    I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Richmond Hill specializing in couples therapy and relationship‑focused individual therapy, offering both in‑person sessions in Richmond Hill and online therapy across Ontario. I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship stress, and I support individuals looking to improve emotional connection, manage anxiety, and create healthier patterns in their lives. With compassionate listening and evidence‑informed approaches, I create a safe space where you and your partner can explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.

    Pauseitive Edge reconnects influential leaders to the power of an intentional pause. We create space for personal renewal, purposeful leadership, and the flourishing of those you impact.

    Why? Because something is shifting. The pace keeps quickening, but the meaning feels harder to hold. What once felt energizing now feels heavy. The spark is dimmer. The noise is louder. And somewhere along the way, perhaps presence gave way to survival.

    This is about carrying too much for too long in a world that keeps asking for more. Let’s remember, the nervous system, as incredible as it is, has a capacity. Survival mode, constant doing, more, more, more is not sustainable. Eventually something falls away.

    At Pauseitive Edge , we believe this is a call to pause, a quiet invitation to remember who you are beneath the role of leader. We understand the importance to reconnect with what first called you to serve, and to be proactive to make space for what truly matters.

    With the harp’s ethereal tones, the violin’s expressive depth, and the gentle power of intentional words and storytelling, our live music offerings are designed to create moments of stillness, beauty, and quiet transformation.

    This is music to be heard and felt with the intention to create a calming experience that invites you inward through harmony, presence, and surrender. I invite you to listen, to feel, and to be moved by the intimate and timeless conversation between harp and violin.
